The short version: brandname.com is currently a pre-launch preview site. The Brands, Store, Account, and Join pages show mockup content to preview what we're building - there are no real products, purchases, or user accounts yet. The only functional feature right now is the "Notify Me When We Launch" signup form. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using brandname.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms as the Site develops - see Section 9 below.

2. This is a pre-launch preview

brandname.com hasn't launched yet. Several pages on this Site - including Brands, Store, Account, and Join - display mockup content intended to preview features we're building. Specifically:

Products, prices, "Add to Cart" buttons, and checkout flows on the Store page are illustrative only. No real purchases can be made and no payment is processed.
The Account page shows a sample dashboard with placeholder data (e.g. "alex@example.com," mock orders). It is not a real, functional user account, and no such account exists for you.
Brand names, logos, and profiles shown on the Site are illustrative examples, not real business relationships or endorsements, unless stated otherwise.

The only functional feature on the Site today is the "Notify Me When We Launch" signup form, which collects your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Using the Site

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information through our signup form;
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Site's spam or abuse protections;
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or submit data to the Site at scale;
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

We may block access, remove submissions, or take other reasonable action in response to misuse of the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The brandname.com name, logo, and the design, text, and layout of this Site are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's content without our permission.

5. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party infrastructure to operate - including Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Resend for sending confirmation emails, and ipapi.co for approximate location lookup. Details on what each of these services does are in our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because this is a pre-launch preview, content, features, and availability may change or be removed at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, brandname.com and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as brandname.com develops, especially as we move from preview content toward a real launch. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and we'll flag significant changes on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which brandname.com operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
