The short version: brandname.com is currently a pre-launch site. The only personal information we collect is what you give us through the "Notify Me When We Launch" form - your name, email, and (if you're signing up as a brand) your company name. We use it solely to email you when we launch. We don't use cookies, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
This Privacy Policy explains how brandname.com ("brandname.com," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website, including our "Notify Me When We Launch" signup form. brandname.com is currently a pre-launch site - most pages (Brands, Store, Account, Join) show mock content to preview what's coming and don't collect any information from you.
When you submit the "Notify Me When We Launch" form on our homepage, we collect:
If you submit the form again later with the same email address, your existing entry is updated rather than duplicated.
When you submit the signup form, we also automatically record your IP address, browser/device information (user agent), and the page you submitted from. We use this solely to detect and block spam and automated bot submissions - for example, to notice if an unusual number of signups are coming from the same source in a short period of time. We don't use this information for advertising or profiling.
Separately, when you load our homepage, your browser makes a request to a third-party service (ipapi.co) to look up your approximate country, which we display back to you on the page. This request shares your IP address with ipapi.co under their own privacy practices; we don't store the result ourselves.
brandname.com does not use cookies, browser local storage, or any advertising or analytics trackers. We don't track you across other websites, and we don't build advertising profiles.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. We don't sell your data to anyone - these are the vendors that process it on our behalf, solely to provide the site and signup form:

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing hello@brandname.com. We'll respond and act on reasonable requests promptly.
brandname.com is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@brandname.com and we'll delete it.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us, including spam-filtering and rate-limiting on our signup form. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy as brandname.com develops - for example, as we add new features ahead of launch. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. If changes are significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
